1The short version
We process order, licensing, support, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and operate the software. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider. The details below describe the current services involved.
2What we collect
- Order information: the email address you enter at checkout, the products and plans you purchase, license keys issued to you, and order timestamps. This is stored by our commerce platform, Sellhub.
- Support conversations: if you contact us on Discord, we see your Discord username and whatever you choose to share in the ticket.
- Licensing and diagnostic data: when you activate or run our software, licensing metadata, device compatibility signals, and diagnostic event data may be processed by the client services and support providers used to authenticate access, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Some support or crash workflows may include diagnostic snapshots or system metadata. Contact support for a current data inventory before sharing anything sensitive.
3What we never collect
- Payment details. Card numbers, bank data and wallet credentials are processed entirely by Sellhub and its payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, crypto processors). They never touch our servers.
- Advertising profiles. We run no ad networks or cross-site advertising pixels on this website. Functional checkout and support services may still process technical request data under their own policies.
4How we use your data
- Delivering your product key, download link and guide by email.
- Validating your license when you run the software.
- Providing customer support and resolving order issues.
- Preventing fraud, chargeback abuse and license sharing.
We do not use your email for marketing newsletters. Order-related messages only.
5Third-party services
To operate, we rely on a small set of processors, each handling only what it needs:
- Sellhub: storefront, checkout, order records and automated delivery.
- Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal): payment processing under their own privacy policies.
- Discord: our support community; subject to Discord's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser fetches them directly from Google.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers listed above when required for checkout, licensing, support, diagnostics, security, or delivery.
6Cookies & local storage
This website itself sets no tracking cookies. Our store functionality is provided by Sellhub embeds, which may use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and currency preference. No consent banners needed for that. It's strictly functional.
7Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as your license is valid (and for a reasonable period afterwards for fraud prevention and accounting). Support tickets on Discord remain until you or we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
8Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), noting that deleting order records also invalidates your license keys.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@divinium.cc or open a ticket on our Discord. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9Security
We limit collection to what's necessary, restrict access to order data to the team members who need it, and rely on Sellhub's encrypted infrastructure for storage and payment flows. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Material changes will also be announced on our Discord server.
