1The agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software products sold by Divinium ("we", "us") through divinium.cc and our Sellhub storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian's consent) and that you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase or use our products.
2Products & license
Unless stated otherwise, every purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on one computer you own, for the duration of the plan you selected:
- Temporary Spoofer: applies a new hardware identity for the current session only. Your original hardware ID returns after a restart. Access duration depends on the plan purchased (24 hours up to lifetime).
- Permanent Spoofer: applies a persistent hardware identity intended to survive restarts and reinstalls. Access duration controls tool availability and does not promise that later system or product changes cannot affect the result. Key options include Onetime (single permanent change execution), 1 Year (1 year of tool access for changes), and Lifetime (unlimited tool access).
You may not share, resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your license key or the software itself. Keys are bound to the purchaser and may be revoked if abused.
3Orders & delivery
All products are digital goods delivered instantly and automatically. Once your payment is confirmed, your unique license key, download link and setup guide are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery operates 24/7.
You are responsible for entering a valid email address. If a delivery email doesn't arrive, check spam first, then use the order lookup or contact us. We will resend it.
4Payments
Checkout and payment processing are handled by Sellhub and its integrated payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, crypto processors). We never see, store, or have access to your full payment details. Prices are listed in euros and may be shown in other currencies at checkout; the charged amount follows the checkout display.
5Refunds & Technical Support Guarantee
Our products are digital goods delivered automatically. Because a delivered digital key cannot be returned once revealed, sales are generally final upon delivery.
However, we stand firmly behind technical functionality. If our software experiences a technical fault on a supported Windows system and our support team cannot resolve the issue or provide a working build within 72 hours of receiving your support ticket, you are entitled to a replacement key or a full refund. Refund requests due to user change of mind or failure to follow documented PC requirements are not eligible.
6Acceptable use
- One license, one user, one machine. No sharing or account selling.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, or bypassing our licensing.
- No use of our products for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- No public posting of your license key or download links.
Violating this section results in immediate license revocation without refund.
7Chargebacks & fraud
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting support first, your license will be revoked and your details will be added to our store's blacklist, preventing future purchases. Fraudulent orders are reported to the payment processor. Most issues are solved faster by simply opening a ticket. Talk to us first.
8Intended use & fair play
Our software is provided solely for privacy protection, diagnostic hardware testing, and system security research. We do not condone, encourage, or support the use of our software to circumvent third-party anti-cheat systems, violate the terms of service of third-party games, or gain an unfair advantage in online environments. Users are entirely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with all applicable local laws, third-party agreements, and game policies.
9Anti-cheat status & availability
We maintain compatibility notes on our status page. They are a manual reference, not a live detection guarantee. Anti-cheat systems are third-party software outside our control and can change at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted compatibility or "undetected" operation and are not obligated to provide updates within any specific timeframe.
10Liability
Our software is provided "as is". You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divinium is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including game account bans, data loss, or lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
